Printing On Demand
l Moving the cursor to the key field.
l Using the Edit | Browse menu command or pressing Ctrl+B.
l Clicking the browse button (...) to view a list of available records.
Loftware Label Manager displays a Database Browse window that contains a full list of the records in
the database.
Retrieving a Record
You can retrieve a record one of the following ways:
l Select the desired record and click OK.
l Type in the first character (or characters) of the record in the Search Key text box.
See the following examples:

The list speed searches to the area of the database you are seeking. For example, if you type in “T” in
the Search Key box, the database scrolls to the first instance of the parameter “T”; in this case, “T100”.
